jason and i bought a ceramic grater and we’ve been using it lots!  we have used it to grate ginger and garlic and cheese.  today we grated some garlic and made garlic butter!  we ate it with bread and it was yummy.  we also grated some parmesan cheese on top of our pasta and it was super exciting for some reason. 🙂

also i learned how to make super easy and yummy artichoke dip.  2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts (strained well), 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of mayo and 1/2 cup of olive oil.  run your knife through the artichoke hearts and then mix everything together.  pop it in to the oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, basically until it gets gbd (golden brown & delicious) and then enjoy!  just don’t burn your tongue like i did the first time i made it because i was impatient and didn’t wait for it to cool down enough. 😉
